Booking/Cancelation Policy

A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED $15; Deposit is deducted from your total. All forms of payments;  ( Cash, Cashapp:$soupo, Square, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Zella)


  • Before any appointment, scheduled client MUST come with natural hair washed and completely blown out, not straightened.​

    • I am able to wash and blow dry hair for an additional $20 to service but that should be consulted with me BEFORE your appointment.

  • Do not add any additional oils. If you have specific product you would  like used in your hair during service feel free to bring it , but text me and let me know ahead of time!

  • I expect ALL clients to be ON TIME for their appointment. Please respect my time & yours as well. Unless early arrival has been discussed, please come at your scheduled time.  Usually there will be someone after you if not before and if you are late it can cause problems.

  • If you are more than 10+ minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged a $10 late fee upon arrival. After 30 minutes, if there is an appointment after you, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the cancellation fee!

  • If you need to cancel let me know more than 24 hours ahead of your appointment, or there will be a fee added on to you future appointment. There is a late fee of $10 so please try your best to be on time. No call/ no shows will be blocked and never be able to book an appointment in the future.

  • If you plan on bringing extra guest that should be consulted BEFORE your appointment as well.

  • I will do house visits as well, but there is a travel fee of $10. Please inform me ahead of time if you have any pets of any kind.



  •  If you are booking a frontal service, please contact me to arrange a drop off.

  • Frontals must be dropped off at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment. There will be an additional charge if your frontal is dropped off last minute.

  •  If you come the day of your appointment with an unprepared frontal, and expect me to pluck the frontal, etc the day of service, there will be an additional charge of $15.

  •  Frontals will last about 2 weeks before maintenance is needed. If your head sweats a lot, I should be notified so I can use the proper adhesive.

  •  Once frontal is installed, if you decide to remove your frontal on your own and do not do so properly, you are at risk of experiencing some hair loss. You will be educated on the removal process during your service, but in this case, I am not liable for any hair loss or damage!

  • There is a difference between 1 part closure & free part closure. Your free part closures must be dropped off at least 24 hours prior to appointment; if not, there is a $10 charge added to your total.

  • For all traditional sew ins, for best blending results, please be sure the color of your hair matches the weave you bring.

  • Do not come to me with hair that was previously sewn in that has been cut up or uneven, that is also an additional $5 (it's my work and I don’t want to be playing puzzle with tracks)!

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel, you MUST let me know more than 24 hours ahead of your appointment. If not, there will be an additional $5 fee added to your future appointment. The day of service late fee will be $10 after 15 mins of your scheduled time. So PLEASE BE ON TIME! No call/ no show will be charged $25 or you will no longer be able to book my services!
